I appreciate your hypotheses that democracy at work, is not only assumed to be feasible, considering the complexity of management, but also thought of as a solution to the basic issues of conflict within the human race.

The problem is not for the fight of the position of 'boss', but the basic inequality in access to the resources and fruits of the global capitalist economy.  The roots and analogy can be seen in the exercise of slavery and imperialist colonies.  

I cannot explain the justification of slavery, however have some knowledge of philosophical writers, with mills on utilitarianism, there is some acceptance that there is justice in pursing evil means to reach a position of greater good for the greater number in the long run.

I will now try to elucidate a framework, simple and understandable by all, to weasel out of our problem in the short run and strategically calculated, taking into consideration all histories if empires, all we need to do is share the resources.

We don't need to do the numbers !  We don't need to carry a gold coin to get on the bus !  When we want our red bull or potato cake, all we need is a plastic paypass / paypal card !  Monitored by a central administration.

however, it is also able to tolerate the supply of private industry !  With liberal policy on moral ethic !  It is possible for the fish stand to get his supply without the trade and haggle to simply organise the transport, store, package and deliver ... the numbers game ...
